From Megève to the shores of Lake Annecy, Imagerie Films supported Groupe Dunoyer for Gardeners's agency for a production spanning several exceptional locations. Here is a behind-the-scenes look at a shoot combining architecture, technical challenges and visual creativity.
This production continues our work with leading brands in high-end real estate, architecture and interior design. Previous collaborations include Perene and Patriarche, as well as Cimalpes, Comptoir Immobilier and CI Léman.
From preparation and filming to complete post-production, Imagerie Films manages every stage of the process. Our role is to understand each location, find the right perspective and transform architecture into a compelling visual experience.
Filming high-end real estate is not simply about showing a property. It means revealing its volumes, materials and light, as well as its relationship with the surrounding landscape.
For this production, we explored unconventional framing, off-centre compositions and unexpected perspectives. This cinematic approach allowed us to create strong images while respecting the unique identity of each property.

Spread across several periods of the year, the production required careful preparation. Weather conditions, travel times, changing light and location availability all had to be anticipated to maintain visual consistency.
Some shooting days involved several locations and technical configurations. Our team needed to move and reinstall the equipment efficiently without compromising the creative standards established during pre-production.
The set-up included aerial drone footage and dynamic shots captured with a Ronin stabiliser. Each tool served the same purpose: showcasing the architecture, placing the buildings within their environment and creating a fluid, immersive visual experience.
