For Quechua, L’Imagerie Films produced Fix Your Gear, a series of short tutorials dedicated to repairing outdoor gear. Down jackets, tents, jackets, backpacks, shoes and mattresses : the objective was to demonstrate simple repairs that can help extend the lifespan of outdoor equipment.
Designed from the outset as a series of social media content, the campaign gets straight to the point with short, vertical videos that are clear and instantly recognizable.
Each episode follows the same structure : Prep, Fix, Proof. First, the necessary equipment is introduced, followed by the repair itself and finally the result. Face-to-camera shots, top shots, voice-over, subtitles and sound effects keep the videos dynamic while making each step easy to follow.
We also developed the series’ visual identity, with motion design for the titles, individual steps and products. Editing, color grading and post-production then helped maintain a consistent identity throughout the series.
One of the challenges of Fix Your Gear was to produce as much content as possible within a limited shooting schedule. A three-camera setup allowed us to cover several angles and capture each repair in detail.
The result: 8 tutorials shot in a single day, then edited into a consistent series of Reels. An approach that concentrates production into one shoot while creating enough content to support the brand’s communication over time.

The tutorials are now being shared on Quechua’s Instagram account, where the series is generating strong engagement, with hundred thousand views.
A natural continuation for a project designed for social media from the start: turning a single day of filming into a series of short, useful and recognizable pieces of content that can continue to reach the Quechua community over time.
